After decades of exceptional service to coffee roasters in the Midwest and our team at Royal Coffee, Steve and Laura Ragsdale of Caffeinated Cargo have decided to retire. We’re grateful for all of their help over the years and hope they enjoy this next phase in their lives. For our clients in the Midwest, we are thrilled to announce that we will be moving our coffee into Costa Oro Midwest, the latest outpost from Arianna Hartstrom, whose team has shown us efficient and friendly service out of their warehouses in Seattle and Portland.

Our New Warehouse

Costa Oro Midwest is at 2620 90th St. Unit N in Sturtevant, WI 53177; a great location just 28 miles south of Milwaukee and 20 miles north of Illinois.

Timeline for the Move

• We will be moving our inventory from October 21 through 23.
• The last day to place a ship order out of Caffeinated Cargo is October 17, for shipment on October 18. We will need your order by 12:30 CST on October 17th to ensure Caffeinated Cargo has ample time to prepare the order and prepare for the move.
• Our sales team will be happy to take your orders during the days of the move, but please note: the first day Costa Oro Midwest will be able to ship out coffee is on October 24th.
• Please plan accordingly and ensure you have enough coffee shipped out of Caffeinated Cargo to cover your needs until October 24th or later.

Costa Oro Midwest Hours

• Orders placed with your trader by 12:30 pm CST  will be processed for next day shipping.
• Orders received after 12:30 pm CST will be prepped the following day, for second-day shipping.
• Will call and driver hours are 1:00-4:00 pm CST.
